Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged with original tags and packaging
  • Complete the return process within 7 days of RMA issuance

SAFETY ALERT: For safety reasons, Safety Toe Shoes with visible wear or damage cannot be returned due to potential compromise of protective features. All other product categories (Hunting Boots, Military Boots, Soft Toe Shoes, Tactical Boots) are eligible when conditions are met.
