We accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our operational priority.

NOTE: For safety reasons, Safety Toe Shoes with visible wear or damage cannot be returned due to potential compromise of protective features. All other product categories are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

2. RETURN PROCESS (SPEC OPS SIMPLE)

3. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item (size/color/model) in your initial email. We’ll prioritize processing exchanges for tactical professionals.

Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 3 business days, appearing in 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours
  • Store Credit: Immediate issuance upon approval (email notification sent)

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service – DHL/FedEx for fastest processing.

7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Mark package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
